Dean completed his Bachelor of Management Studies at the Waikato University in 1990. He has had a variety of roles during his career including National Sales Manager and General Manager Roles.

Total satisfaction for both principal parties is of paramount importance to him. This approach has consistently resulted in a high number of sales and leasing agreements being concluded every year. He has also consistently been in the top 10 sale achievers for the entire company and number one commercial agent for a number of years also. Dean has also achieved at the company’s gold level for nine consecutive years demonstrating consistency at a high level.
